And today was 167…slowly moving down.

Still on track…have stayed within points, worked out twice and weighed in every day.

May take scary before pictures tonight so I can use them as a reference 20 pounds from now. And probably will not post them until then.

Had a really good conversation with a colleague today about taking care of your body and loving it at the same time. There actually is a difference…something I didn’t really realize until today.
